Azureus

Azureus does not need to be introduced any longer. A very good BitTorrent client, it is - for those who do not know.
Many features, good rates. Nice, comfortable, easy and straight-forward. No-problem install, no configuration.
Supposably the only vice it has is that it cannot searcg for torrents but this is a problem of the whole network, not just of this client’s. You could say there are programs which theoretically can do it, so why was not this feature implemented in Azureus. But I think all BT users know pretty well just how much these programs are really worth.
In my opinion, BitTorrent (with Azureus, its great client) is a superb supplementary network. If we just happen to come across a torrent (e.g. various Linux distros are quite oftened downloadable this way), it certanly will not be a sin to use the power of this network. Still, if all we want to do is just to get a song, a film, or a program, it will be without any doubt better to begin with something else (especially the Gnutella and eDonkey networks).
